We want you to be completely satisfied with your Deadly Ponies creation, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all full-priced items. Please ensure products are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the item in its original dust bag and branded box, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
